A Full-Day Pottery Retreat in the Heart of Taupō Escape the everyday and immerse yourself in a day of creativity, calm, and connection. Join local potter Ani Rowell at Camo Chicken Ceramics Studio for an intimate, fully catered handbuilding workshop, nestled in the peaceful hills of Lake Taupō. Over six restorative hours, you’ll explore the foundations of pottery: 🌿 Pinch potting 🌿 Slab rolling 🌿 Coiling 🌿 Screen and mono printing on clay This experience is designed for beginners and clay lovers alike — a chance to learn, laugh, and create in a supportive, inspiring environment. You’ll leave with a beautifully handcrafted teaset — teapot, cups, sugar bowl, and jug — glazed, fired, and ready to enjoy in your own home. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop date are eligible for a studio credit only. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. Participants may transfer their booking to another person. Where a cancelled place is successfully re-filled, a refund may be offered at the discretion of the studio. Stay Awesome
